How Teduh Technology collects, uses and protects your information across the teduh.tech website, the client zone and the Teduh Technology app — including what happens when you connect your Google Calendar.
Effective 7 July 2026
Who we are
PT Teduh Solusi Technology ("Teduh", "we", "us") is a technology consultancy based in Bogor, Indonesia. We operate the website at teduh.tech, the client zone (the signed-in client portal on this website) and the Teduh Technology app (together, the "Services").
For anything in this policy, you can reach us at teduh.technology@gmail.com.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to personal information we handle when you browse teduh.tech, book a consultation, use the client zone or the Teduh Technology app, or connect a third-party account such as Google Calendar. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.
Information we collect
- Account information. Name, email address, company and login credentials when you create or are given a client zone account.
- Consultation briefs. The details you submit when booking a consultation — your name, company, industry, systems in use, the challenge you describe, your contact details and your chosen time slot.
- Project records. Documents, messages and scheduling information related to an engagement, kept inside the client zone.
- Google user data. If you choose to connect your Google account, the calendar data described in the next section.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the Services secure and working.
Google Calendar access
The client zone and the Teduh Technology app can connect to your Google Calendar, with your explicit consent, through Google's OAuth sign-in. You choose whether to connect, and everything works without it — connecting simply makes scheduling automatic.
What we request
- View events and availability — so we can show your free/busy times when proposing consultation or project meeting slots, and avoid double-booking you.
- Create and update events — so a meeting you confirm in the client zone or the app is placed on your Google Calendar, and rescheduled or cancelled there when it changes.
What we do with it
- Calendar data is used only to provide the scheduling features described above. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to train machine-learning or AI models.
- We store the minimum needed: your OAuth tokens (encrypted) and the identifiers and times of events our Services created or manage. We do not copy the rest of your calendar into our systems.
- No human at Teduh reads your calendar data except with your permission (for example, when you ask for support), when required for security investigations, or to comply with the law.
Teduh Technology's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use your information
- To provide the Services — running the client zone, scheduling and holding consultations, and delivering engagements.
- To communicate with you about bookings, projects and support requests.
- To keep the Services secure, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing & disclosure
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Services (such as hosting and email infrastructure), under agreements that limit their use of it; when required by law or valid legal process; or with your direction or consent. Google user data is never transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the features you asked for, for security, or to comply with the law.
Storage, security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised Teduh personnel.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: consultation briefs and project records for the life of the relationship and any legally required period, and Google Calendar tokens only while your account remains connected.
Revoking access & deleting your data
- Disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the settings in the client zone or the app — we delete the stored tokens immediately.
- You can also revoke Teduh's access from your Google Account permissions page.
- To have your account or any personal data deleted, email teduh.technology@gmail.com. We honour deletion requests within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is processed. Write to teduh.technology@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated effective date. For material changes affecting Google user data, we will notify connected users before the change takes effect.
